TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1. Contract
The present contract defines the services provided by the designated Customer and the company Pandora Prioduction Média chaired by Karim Kheyar, photographer. Its registered office is at 114 avenue Roger Salengro 94500 Champigny sur Marne. This contract takes effect upon signature of the co-signatories.

Article 2 - Deposits and payment
A deposit of 33% of the total amount is due on signature of the contract. The balance of 67% is to be paid on the day of the service at the latest. The parties expressly agree that photographs or videos will not be delivered in the absence of full payment.

Article 3 - Cancellation
Customers have a withdrawal period of 15 days from the date preceding the signing of the contract. All cancellations must be made by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. In the event of cancellation by customers, the following will apply: - Within 15 days of signing the contract, the deposit will be refunded in full. - Between the 16th day after signing the contract and 3 months before the wedding, the deposit will be kept. No other fees will be charged. - Between 3 and 1 month before the wedding, the deposit will be kept and 50% of the total balance will be due. - Between 1 month and 15 days before the wedding, the deposit will be kept and 70% of the total balance will be due. - Between 15 days before the wedding and the wedding day, the deposit will be kept and 100% of the total balance will be due. Any change of date is considered a cancellation. If the media team is available on the requested date, a new contract will be drawn up. The media team cannot be held responsible if it is unable to provide the service. In this case, the above conditions will apply. If the media team obtains a new booking of an equivalent or superior nature to the cancelled contract, cancellation charges will be limited to the deposit. Any other costs already paid will be refunded to the customer in full. If the cancellation is due to force majeure (see article "Force majeure"), the deposit and cancellation fees will be refunded once the case of force majeure has been proven.

In the event of force majeure, the service due under this contract may be subject to modification or cancellation by the photographer for reasons beyond his control. In the event of force majeure (see article "Force majeure"), the media team will endeavor to contact another partner media team to provide the service. However, it may be difficult to find a replacement professional photographer or videographer within a short timeframe, at the same price and with the same level of quality. Should it prove impossible to find an alternative, no compensation can be claimed and no legal action can be taken against the media team. Consequently, the media team will either offer the beneficiaries a new couple's photo and video session as soon as possible, or refund all sums advanced by the clients. In the event of voluntary cancellation by the photographer or videographer Any cancellation by the photographer or videographer more than 6 months before the date of the wedding will result in the reimbursement of all sums paid, plus 50% as compensation. No cancellation will be possible less than 6 months before the wedding date, except in cases of force majeure duly demonstrated and justified.

Article 4 - Delivery of photos
Photos will be delivered within approximately 20 days after the wedding. Videos will be delivered approximately 3 months after we have received all the information required for their production, in particular the choice of music for the video clip and the final film. 

Article 5 - Duration of service
The duration of the service will begin and end at the time chosen by the customer and defined in the contract. The times are defined and mentioned on the contract. Any overrun will incur a surcharge of €150 per additional hour, subject to prior acceptance by the photographer.

Article 6 - Travel expenses

Travel expenses are included up to 150 km from the photographer's and videographer's place of residence. Beyond that, travel expenses will be billed on the basis of legal mileage allowances.

Article 7 - Copyright

The transfer of copyright (original digital photos) is made on delivery of the photos. The photographer reserves the right to use the photos on his website and in any other media belonging to him (book, brochure, etc.) for a period of 20 years, whether in full, in part or in extracts. Customers are responsible for collecting rights from their guests. The customer undertakes not to give the original files to any third party or service provider without the photographer's express authorization.
