Pregnancy Shooting Paris Louvre Céline and Thomas

Pregnancy session, Family session, the dilemma...

In February 2020, I was lucky enough to do a double pregnancy session with Céline and Thomas. She called on me because she knows my way of working. Invited to Manu and Myriam 's wedding a few years earlier, she had seen me in action, and after consulting the few pregnancy photos on my website, she didn't hesitate to contact me very early on to organize this session. Already the mother of 2 little ones, the question was whether to do a family portrait session or a couple session. As we couldn't decide, we did both.

Part 1: Couples pregnancy shoot on location

The first part took place in Paris, in the gardens of the Comédie Française, one of my favorite spots. It's beautiful, pleasant and quiet, far from the tourists. We finished this first part at the Louvre. With only a few weeks to go before giving birth, we spent over an hour laughing and enjoying ourselves. The gardens of the Palais Royal have the advantage of many different spaces. The various galleries and arcades that surround the garden, the Buren columns and the central garden. It's a space where I can orientate the couple easily, and above all I can compose with the light and the breathtaking scenery that the place offers.

Here are a few photos from this pregnancy shoot, and in the next few days I'll be showing you the photos from the second part. We shot the second part with her children, at their home, using my mobile studio.
